roster is out . will be working 7 days again this week !! with only 2
days off . the best part is, i will be on midnight shift day before my
off . in short, this equals to only 1 day off ! bloody hell !!
anw, work has been very very busy . there were so many VIP
arrivals yesterday . and "lucky" me, i was the one doing it .
amenities, welcome card, key cards, checking of rooms, standby
rooms, reg cards ... all on me, with some GSE & managers help of
cause . not only that, i'm monitoring departure as well ..
STRESS or what ?! .
today was another very busy day . almost 90 departures . got
fucked by a guest regarding his casino points redemption .
like hello, i'm not the one who sets the policies and rules . if
you're not happy, go to casino VIP services and fuck them
instead la ! talked as if he is a platinum card holder . CB!
apart from the so many departures, i'm doing the monitoring
of arrivals as well . luckily theres many vacant inspected
rooms . thus, less rooms on queue . phew ~
